Campinola coffees are specialty coffees, roasted in small batches in a German drum roaster. Unlike most specialty coffees, Campinola coffee beans are roasted a bit darker, then the usual light roast, giving a pinch of Italian style, but not roasted too dark, and of course using high quality 84+ specialty beans.
